Just dropping in and saying Hi from Afghanistan
So its been awhile since I been on here but just dropping in to say hello to my Ford truck owners.... Been in country since December 2011 and out of here mid september.
Anyways, I drove my F-150 from NY to Alaska when I was PCSing to Ft. Richardson. Hit a deer in Minot, ND and too my front bumper out. I ended up replacing it with a metal mulisha Pro comp bumper with biolights. It pretty much completed my truck. When I get back I plan on getting the truck regeared to handle a RV camper trailer going from 3.55 to 4.10.
Here are pics from my trip

First, thank you for your service to our country.
I hope to drive to Alaska someday, bet it was
amazing! Looks like that deer helped with a pretty cool mod. Still not as much fun when it's not so much by choice. My uncle and a couple of buddies have said the same thing about the country from the air. Stay safe man, thoughts of myself and my family are with you and your fellow service men and women. See ya in the fall!!!

Like Remington states, thank you for your service, your a better person than I am, and as soon as you can get the hell out of there man. That's a wild lookin bumper you put on there, I'm kinda surprised a doe did that much damage to your ride, I only say that cause I got hit by a deer a few years back on the passenger side of my truck on the front and rear doors and you can hardly tell that something hit it, I still haven't repaired it cause it just doesn't look that bad. Anyway stay safe over there and come back soon so you can re-gear that truck!
