My FX2 that doesn't look like an FX2 *PICS*

Hey guys, been mostly a lurker around here since buying my F-150 back in March or so. It's a 2007 FX2 SuperCrew with black leather and a 5.4. I have a Magnaflow exhaust on it now but might go to dumps and hide it all.

Front has a HBS 2.5" level and FX2's have a 1 inch block in the rear stock as some of you know.

I painted the grill insert black and added a standard lower valance to the front end. Took off the running boards but might try them again, as I just got the wheels on and I will be experimenting. Pin stripe and FX2 logo obviously removed.

Wheels are XD Misfits in 20x9 0 offset (only offset available - I would've gone higher perhaps) with 285/55/20 Nitto Terra Grapplers. Truck was tinted when I bought it...I think it's 15%. Tails/3rd brake need darkening. Also would like to add gloss black b-pillar trim.

Let me know what you guys think!!!

I originally wanted to drop it on 24s but my last vehicle was lowered and I grew tired of it. I work at a dealership and got a decent deal on this after it was traded in. Otherwise I wouldn't have gotten the FX2

It looks like you have a projector retrofit given the nice cutoff in your sig. Any threads/links with pics of the process?

Looks great. Usually prefer Fx2 lowered.

Wow, haven't been on here in awhile..good thing for email updates!

Appreciate the comments, I paid $2167 if I'm not mistaken, for the whole setup mounted, balanced and shipped from eBayer sdwheelcorp.

Truck looks good. Clean with subtle mods. Don't let the naysayers get to you. I had my FX2 slammed on 22s for a long time, now it's lifted.

Truck looks great! I really like those wheels! I think some oem flares or egr oem style flares will look great on your truck!
