Clicking noise at wot (video)
5.4 3v, 2WD. 83,000m
At wide open throttle or taking off kinda hard and just going through the power band, I hear clicks or rattles. Its not consistant. I tried to pinpoint the noise but to no luck haven't found it. I'm starting to think its a bad cat. Also it's not noticeable when the engine is cold only at operating temps.

One of my friends has a 2005 Grand Marquis, and he has a similar noise after his car warms up. After some time, we finally figured out it was coming form one of his cats. His is now at the point of rattling at lower rpms while idling. We ended up putting it on a lift to figure out were the noise was coming from. So this could be the same scenario with your truck.
