XD Addicts and Nitto Trails

I know, I know. Everyone's done it. But now it's my turn. After plenty of searching and reading dozens upon dozens of posts about tire sizes, a set wheels I liked came up on ebay (from Hennessey Performance of all sellers!). I was looking at cheaper wheels, but this was deal not to be passed up. I bought these 20x9 Addicts with the -12 offset. Then I ordered 295/60/20 Nitto Trailer Grapplers from Discount Tire. Walmart had a better price on the tires but DT matched it.

Dirty pic...hopefully more to follow soon...

I took the fam down to Bandimere on Sunday for Fun Ford Weekend. I was granted a parking space with a storm drain in the middle of it. The stance looks awful here. But you can almost see the trimming I had to do. I trimmed the corner off the front valance and about 5" off the back of the inner fender.

Here's how far they stick out.

I was really hoping to post some pictures with my new Tiregate tonight. But when I got the last step of the instructions (mounting the spare on it), it wouldn't fit. The flange on the Tiregate was 6-7/8" long and the total backspace of the flange on the spare with a 35/12.5/18 mounted was 7-3/8". BUMMER. I'm just hoping Wilco and Jeg's will stand behind their products.

Thanks, guys! Darren, I nearly said the same thing to you about your Toyo M/Ts.

More pictures for anyone that's looking into this setup.

Trimming on the bottom of the front bumper

Trimming the inner fender

A profile on level ground

And I don't think I've ever been able to see my tires in my side mirrors before
