Question 2005 5.4l lacking power

Hello

I have a 2005 ford expedition 5.4l 3v.

The truck is lacking power, idles good, drives good, but accelerates like an old 4 cyl Honda. Once it gets over 3k rpm its not bad but not what it should be.

Spark plugs changed
Fuel pump and filter changed
Cats removed and high flow cats installed so no clogged cats
Throttle body cleaned
New air filter
Fuel pressure at rail 35-45 psi at idle and driving
Both vct solenoids replaced

Truck has no codes no cel.

Im stumped at what this could be.

Hello

Checked the resitance on all of the injectors and they were 13.1-13.3 so that should be within spec. Maybe the coils?

Truck seems to be slow around 2500-3000 rpm accelerates slow past 85mph.

Drove my buddys 06 f150 it was smoother and had more go.

Have you looked at your trans? Start driving with your gear shifter in 1st and manually shift and see if youre still sluggish. Also have you checked that your parking brake isnt stuck?

Hello,

will check the trans. Trans and torque convertor was replaced last year with a unit under 70k fluid was latest mercon from ford, still really clean. Checked e-brake and it works, back wheels up they spin free with e-brake off.

The only thing that wasn't replaced was the coils, but have no misfire codes. Could the coils be weak/cracked?
