Height of tire

Height to top of step bar under the driver's door

Ok so the truck was STOCK sitting on factory 20's wrapped in 285/55/r20

All the work was done at 4Wheel Parts here in Temecula. Their customer service was great. They kept me posted on the progress of getting the parts needed to do the build. Kept me posted on the progress of the build on build day and over all think they did a good install.

As the truck sits now:
Bilstein 5100's all the way around
Part #F4-BE5-C300-H0 in the front for leveling
Part #F4-BE5-C301-H0 in the rear
Moto Metal 957 18x9 (6x135 lug pattern) rims in a matte black finish W/black lug nuts.
BFG 285/65/r18
Banks CAI
Part #41806
Banks Monster Exhaust
Part #48743
Gryphon Tuner with Custom tuning by Power Hungry performance (waiting on the custom tunes to be sent out)

digging those wheels big time! Would look sweet on mine.

question. Are you adding a hood or something later? was confused about the "ram air" on the intake with no way to ram the air.

Sweet looking rig bud

How do you like the banks exhaust? I've been debating switching to a different exhaust lately

That scoop thing is right behind the headlight. It's not in the path of any passing air is why I'm confused about the whole "ram air" label.

I guess if I put a Whipple sticker on my truck it's supercharged right?

Does the cold air intake you used and tune help in giving u any better gas mileage? and if so how much did you spend for the combination of both.

I just read that some people claim up to a 4mpg increase with the banka intake, as posted in the link below
http://www.autoanything.com/air-inta...0A2606089.aspx

but I just wanted to see if that was even true.

First let me tell you guys I am by no means an expert in this kind of stuff so i will do the best I can to answer questions but quite frankly I relied on the reccomendations of several different shops to make my decisions.

Well First I do like the exhaust. It is taking a little getting used to because it is pretty loud in-cab when I romp on it. About what I expected it to be though. Cruising at speed it is completly bareable. I have a recording of it but it was a bit windy when I did it so when the winds calm down I will try and get another one. I like the looks of the tip also. Obviously the tip is just for show and the actual exhaust is not 6" in diameter.

As to the intake. There is no additional scoop down below the bumper. According to literature and opinions the reason for the name is because of how the air is funneled into the engine NOT how the air is obtained. Looking at the stock intake and comparing it to the Banks, it definitly looks like a much straighter "formed" shot into the engine.

I am not sure what my mileage gains will be. I got everything installed at the same time and I am waiting on my custom tunes to arrive. When I do get the tunes in I will certainly post up what my results are but as for now I just don't know what they will be.
