Long story short I was having some issues with my 2011 Ecoboost so I traded it in on a 2012 5.0 FX4 with some more bells and whistles and a color change. These are just a few quick pics I took before heading out of town after I got the truck. I'll get some better ones up as the mods progress. Let me know What you guys think!

Sweeeeet rig! Tasteful without being over the top. I think removing the FX4 sticker would clean up the side of the truck, just my opinion. Those BMF's look sharp.

FX logos will probably go or I may have a set made in black. Just don't want to ruin the paint pulling them.

 

I was a little nervous at halftime! Just need the D and the O to start clicking at the same time and we could be dangerous.

 

Thanks for the great comments guys. Any thoughts on the step bars? Thought about taking them off or changing to N-fab's but some days I like them!

I would leave the step bars. I love the rims.

What do you think of the 5.0 after owning an Ecoboost previously?

 

You won't ruin the paint pulling them. Going all black with a silver outline, like the factory just changing the "FX" to black would look sweet! I like the step bars myself.

 

Get those rear wheel well liners from a dealer also. I really don't understand why they don't ship with them. Our trucks look unfinished without them !

they're only stickers. You won't ruin the paint pulling them. You should chase the area with wax after pulling them just to get rid of any adhesive that may have stayed on, plus your paint will be bare from the sticker
