Well, looks like I'll own the best looking truck ever produced for a long time. The 09 sure is hideous looking. The more I look at these threads the more I can't believe Ford has ruined the f150. The front clip looks terrible with that ginormous grille, the fenders are nasty, the tailgate is OK but those ricer tail lights look out of place. The interior looks overdone complete with an excessive use of cheap looking buttons.

The ony good thing is make the door on the supercrew model longer.

the people complaining about too many buttons are idiots. It's because they didnt put that giant rectangle in there to make things simpler for you primates. If you notice , there are 3 more preset buttons for the radio, when you go and count by comparison the number of buttons theres only a few more, note the fact they added 3 presets.

I agree! I love the exterior and especially the interior. When I'm behind the wheel, I don't look at the outside, I stare at the inside. The interior looks amazing and I love all the buttons and all the functionality!!

Not everyone's survival depends on radio usage. I'd rather listen to the engine and exhaust. I bet a lesser model dash (Haven't seen any pics) looks much more like a normal person's truck, not a yuppie that needs constant button pushing interaction to prove they're cool truck.

It's fine that you love the new F150, go ahead and love it no one is stopping you. Every single person here doesn't have to feel the same way.

All im saying is that theyre complaining about how many "more buttons" there are. There isnt, its just arranged in a different way. We havent even seen an xlt or STX radio yet, obviously STXs arent going to come stock with dual climate controls n all that **** so the average run of the mill trucks arent all going to have that..

Matt,

If you are going to use F150online.com to shamelessly promote your coverage of the 2009 F-150 without asking us first if it would be appropriate, please ask Ray to do a writeup of Ownersite on Jalopnik or at least give our site a mention in your coverage. John at Autoblog would.

Then why can't you say that without calling people "idiots" and "primates", because they don't like what they're seeing.
