Hence the reason most enclosed trailers have diamond plate along the bottom. You just need to diamond plate the front underside of your boat

I've never burned myself on an exhaust no matter where the exit is, even a motorcycle. You have to work pretty hard to burn yourself on an exhaust, or be pretty careless.

Hey its cool.... I have bruises on my shin from the hitch and still seem to hit it atleast 2 or 3 times a year. The rear of trucks always seem to have my number. No debating the fact it shouldnt happen, but it does

Well, I just don't forget to remove the hitch when I'm done. Cheaper than Hockey shinpads. Plus it cuts down on hitch theft when you keep it hidden.

Too many Houston drivers W/O insurance. The huge ball really helps ward off tailgaters.... I leave mine in

I've got an extra pair of Hockey shinpads if you need them.

Blah Blah...Remember the late 60's, early 70's gm pick ups, they had coil springs, so big deal, all this will do is give a better riding suspension to home depot.

As a ex Ford owner, the inboard shocks on the 04 F-150 did not impress me, Most likely Hancook tires will make a return to Ford trucks, I do like the new 09 F-150 and the 09 Ram that looks like a dakota, dosent impress me at all.

Leaf springs are not designed For sports cars, but for carying whieght, all the links on the rear suspension of the new Ram are going to wear out quicker when you do throw a 500 Lbs in the box

I guess that would work and even make it easier to park the boat at a beach. The downside is that all that extra weight and drag would really drag down my top speed. So I think I will do the smart thing and just not buy a dodge.
