Could this be the source of the huge "a" grill?

It's no secret the GMC grille idea was taken from the Superduty, and the F-150 was derived from the Superduty. Watch some of the new 2009 F-150 video clips. They say it right in there.

Getting way too boxy. Making the 150 look like a heavy duty. Still pretty though.

refer to smokewaguns post, then look at the picture, its a 2500 sierra, not a 1500 which would be allowed to be compared to an f150 . Very nice truck tho!

I dont care what anybody says, the GMC/Chevy redesign was heavily based on the F150's styling....The chevy was a square truck for 20 years, then all of a sudden they make it round? Not exactly "progression."

Chevy stole the idea from Ford. the 09 F150's grill is from the ford superduty now.

Ford even said, people wanted the new F-150 to look like a superduty, so Ford did what the people wanted.

I do not see where this looks like a Dodge, Toy, Chevy, or GMC. Everytime I look at this front end, I see a mix of the Superduty and the front of a 1990 F150.
