Does the 04-08 Rancho lift work?

Sorry, I haven't personally contacted them myself. I just know that Pro Comp and SkyJacker, as well as FabTech, all had to redo the lift designs to work with the redesigned 2009's. FabTech's is not out for sale yet, but was used on a show truck (SEMA I believe?). Pro Comp and Skyjacker's lifts are both available currently, and are the only 2 out at the moment. You can get leveling kits tho.
Oh, and both those kits are 6". So you can either do a 2" or 2.5" leveling kit, or a 6" suspension lift as of right now.

does the pro-comp 6" work with stock rims? part of ther eason for the rancho other than i dont NEED a 6" kit is that i can keep my stock KR 20's. planning on a 285/65r20LT tire in BFG KO or the GY MTR kevlar. if i got prociomp, it'd be the stage 2 kit witht he MX coil overs. is that a good kit?
