Cargo Mgmt Accessory Pkg

Can someone confirm precisely what this option is?

I had it on the order for my Platinum. However, when I took delivery, it wasn't there. So they dealer gave me a "OWED" note. A week or so ago, they called that it was in. Except that it is only a bed divider. They claim this is all that is included, but the website says it should be:

load bars (2)
front header bar
bed divider

Can someone who purchased this option confirm what it is?
Thanks.

50C Cargo Management Accessory Package - $200
Pickup Box Bed Divider; Pickup Box Front Header Bar/2 tie-downs; Pickup Box Load Bars (2); Requires: [68M] Cargo Management System

Where your aluminum bed rails (load bars) installed already?

I found the option info here:

The side rails are there, but that's another package.
I believe the Load Bars go across the bed for stacking a load high.

Did you ever get your missing pieces?

Post some action photos. I would love to see how the system works.

Thanks

FYI, I still haven't gotten the dealer to correct this. They seem to be avoiding my calls. I intend to call the manager tomorrow.

You have the rails, and the divider is at the dealer. What exactly are you missing? The two top bars? The 2 cleats? Take a look at this video and compare it to what you have...

When you get everything and use it please post on how you like it. I am really interested in getting this setup.

Thanks

This helps me see what I am missing. The two top bars and cleats plus the front rail (which is shown but not mentioned).

Like I said, I plan to escalate to the dealer manager today. Will let you know.

Ok, well getting the Sales Manager involved definitely did the trick. He got everything straightened out. My truck is now at the dealer having the missing pieces - front bed rail and 2 load bars - installed. I will post photos once its all done.

My advice - don't wait to escalate the to manager like I did. The first time you don't get a timely reply from the salesman, ask for the manager.
