Pictures of my 09 XLT 4x4 w/ 6.5' bed

Hi all,

Finally I'm able to post some pictures of my new 09. It's my first ever owned truck, and so far I love it!! Just getting used to the truck feel, but man, is it a nice change from a car

Thanks for looking!

Good taste in trucks, I'm a fan of the supercrew body style with the 6.5 ft box. Wayyyy back in '04 when I bought my XLT I wanted the Supercrew but at that time the only option was the 5.5 ft box and I really wanted the 6.5 ft, so my only choice was a Supercab. Your gonna love that '09, expect to get many good years from it.

BTW, good choice of color.

Great looking truck...that's the stone green correct? That's what I ordered in a super cab minus the chrome package. Thanks for the pics!

That color is sweet, checked one out up close the other day, very metallic!

I was walking out to the rear of the dealership to see my PLATINUM being washed before I was to pick her up that day. Saw a stone green XLT out back and said to my saleman, man that is one nice color. He said climb up on the side step and look at the roof. So I did and "BAM!" the whole rear of the roof was crunched in, big chunks of paint missing and all rusted where paint was missing. Such a beauty, ruined by the vehicle carrier service! Trucks damaged like that by the carrier service get scrapped for parts (their insurance has to cover it), what a waste! Some poor person would love to have a truck like that, even though the rear of the roof was crunched with rust. Couldn't even see it till you got up on the top. Ah well...

Wow -that is an awesome color. There really isn't much green in it...I love it.

Does anyone know if you can get the full console with floor shifter in the XLT? When I build it online it shows a picture with the full console - but I am thinking it is a center console that still has the column shifter.

Thanks!

Also, what wheels are those? The 18" chrome?

The color is really weird, in the direct sunlight, you can see a little green It's actually a fun color for that reason

The wheels are the 18" clad chrome wheels (standard with the XTR package)

You can only get the center console, e.g. shifter in the center, with the FX4 and up (I believe).

Thanks for the compliments guys, this is actually the first Ford I've owned, and I'm loving it more everyday.

I used to drive a 97 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD, so it's a big change.

Great looking truck. Did you get the side kick steps on the bed?

I didn't get the side steps or the tailgate step. I definitely wish it had those options though
