I have some occasional creaks as well, but only when going over bumps. Mine seem to originate from the two back door panels somewhere, but I haven't really been bothered enough to investigate further because they are rare and I usually have the music turned up. I've got 1075 miles so far on mine and the creaks seemed to have started a few hundred miles ago.
