Thanks! Does your amp lose strength or punch on the subs as the volume goes up? If not how did you work out that problem?

Also, how did you get the Scosche FD07B Ford Amplifier Jumper to convert to RCA for the amp or did I miss something? Is the another connector we can use?

I have zero problem with the bass cutting at higher volumes because im running from the low levels. If you run from the factory amps high levels you will have the bass cut problem still. The low levels aint silly high but i just turned up my gain to about 2/3rds and it's perfect.

I just cut the end of the jumer bypass cable thats not being used and soldered all the cables ends together. You might also need the 12v trigger relay if your amp remote switch wont run from 5v.

Let me know if that dont make any sense.

I cant seem to figure out. of the stock wires which ones go to my amp input signal wires. The options on the amp state right negative right positive. Left neg left pos. With signal sensing sensing turn on . Which one is the negative speaker wire?

I am trying to do a similar upgrade but cant figure it out... I am trying to wire in a 4 channel amp and a mono amp from a factory head unit. I don't have the factory sub/amp. My question is How do I get signal to the amps. I have no RCA jack behind the dash (at least that I could see). Do I have to somehow splice the speaker wires in the harness into an RCA cable that I plug into a sound processor and then run another set of RCA's to each amp?

Nevermind I figured it out. However, I cannot figure out what wire harness and reverese I need in order to avoid cutting the factory wires.
I have the XLT (basic radio- no Nav, or sub).
website says FD07B will not work for my truck. Any suggestions? I not keen on cutting the facotry wires.
