Add heated seats?

Has anyone added aftermarket heating pads to their seats? What did it cost you? Any good sources? Is it a DIY job for a reasonably skilled person?

I'd like to do it both on my F-150 and my wife's Focus.

i have installed a lot at work, they are not bad to do if you have the time and tools and knowledge you just have to take your time.
