My New 2009 FX4 w/ Lux Package

LOVE IT!!! Makes my pants tight....
however, 2nd day driving it and it is making a grinding sound. it sounds like a brake is caught up, but sound doesn't change with pressure. The sound is only adjusted by slowing the revolution of the wheels. Not affected by engine RPM or brake pressure.

1. I have tested the 4x4 high and low.
2. I have tested the Elec Lock Rear Dif.
3. I have checked to make sure the E brake is off.

Any thought before I take it back to the dealership?!?

Enjoy the ride. Probably a driveline problem but that's only a guess. Bring it back to the dealer and see what they find.

What color did you buy?

I took it to the dealer and it was the rotor dust guard had warped and made contact with the rotor... all good now... will get pics up soon... I was gonna do that today but spent all day after work at the dealership.

I stopped by the local dealer today on my way to take my wife lunch. Sat inside a new FX4 SCREW loaded. Same color scheme as mine except Razor Red. Now my 06 looks old. I sat in the backseat too. Amazing how much of a difference 7" adds.

We need PICS ASAP!
