No, those are not FX4 specific rims, they are available with the Decor package on the STX, and the black grille with the body-color surround is also a STX standard feature.

10speed = very eye-catching truck!
Kinda reminds me of those 2004 RegCab 4x4 FlareSide's in Blazing Yellow back in the day, pretty eye-catching. 
Speaking of which, why do away with a sweet yellow like that years ago, and then come up with that crap Amber Gold this year? Ugh.
