would these wheels fit my 09 fx4

i want to use my stock 20 pirellis and found these wheels..would these be able to fit as far as backspacing and offset go....

Those will fit, but they will stick out about 1/2" farther than stock.
You should be able to mount your TPMS sensors on the new wheels, but I would call and check.

Reuse your old sensors. They will screw onto a new set of valve stems provided by the tire shop who performs the install. The 09s do not use the band style.
