Anyone seen a tail gate assist for 2009 ford f150 supercrew platinum edition?

 

I haven't, but I have the "EZ DOWN" on my '08, works great.

Thanks for the update, where did you get the ez down from, and was install self explanatory? Any info on whether to buy the weather tech mats or the factory f150 mats with the one piece rear? Any info is greatly appreciated.

 

I ordered mine from ebay and it was for a 2008 model which is the exact same. Very easy to fit also. Took less than 15 mins. I have the weather techs in the front and love them. I would def go for them over the Ford mats but they are a bit more expensive.

 

Along with the EZ Down I've seen one called Gravity Gate that looks almost identical. Apparently there are several on the market. Anyone know what the best one is and do they require a little more effort to close the tailgate after it's down?
