Hello All.

I just received an email from my dealer containing my new 2010 Lariats serial numbers and dates.

Build date is week of 7/20 and ETA to Washington is 8/10!!

That is alot faster than I expected. Awesome!

I will post pics when it arrives.

I plan on getting tinting and LineX at arrival. More to come later.

Hmm. Interesting. The last time I talked to the dealer, which was about 2 weeks ago, they said the estimated build date for my 09 was July 27 with delievery on August 3.

 

Why is that interresting? They have the same build weeks and mine just takes longer to get to me from Dearborne (You are in Iowa).
And I don't mean to sound rude or condescending, but the week of 7/20 means the week of July 20th, delivery on August 10th. Similar to you.

 

I think what he means is that he has a very close delivery date to yours, but his is for a 2009 and yours is for a 2010.

Congrats to both of you though. I have to wait one more year for mine.

 

x2... and I even just bought a 2008 new in December and 2010s are already going up for sale

I'm very interested to know what options you ordered on your new 2010 lariat. Is Ford going to offer power folding mirrors that were available in 2008, but not 2009? Thank you.

I purchased every option the Lariat came with except the chrome package. I absolutely HATE the 20" chrome wheels.

So to highlight... Max tow, moonroof, 6.5' bed, 5" chrome step bar, tailgate step, bed extender, navi, reverse camera/sonar, 6 spoke machine aluminum wheels (20"), two tone dark blue pearl metallic paint, bed rails/dividers, cargo management system, black on black leather captains chairs with floor shifter, skid plates, full rubber mats.

And no, as of when I ordered my 2010, there was not a power fold trailer tow mirrors yet.

 

Found a nice 2009 KR with power folding mirrors.

 

I too have seen the power fold mirrors on the Lariat, but because I got the Max Tow package, it comes with the TOW mirrors. The F150 doesnt have power fold tow mirrors. The F250 does, and you can get standard mirrors on the F150 that are power fold, but not power fold tow.
