I am new to the forum I own a 2009 F150 Lariat edition. I recently bought a JET module for my truck and the directions for the install are different.In the instructions it says u plug it into the harness to the left of the truck.But in an installation video they have the guy installs it in the center one.I was hoping someone could tell me the correct one.Also they do it on a 2008 truck so hopefully all is the same.Thanks

 

Eek, where did you get this chip/module from? Can it be returned? JET is not exactly known for being the best alternative out there for tuning/programming out trucks. Sorry I offer no good advice on this issue other than the negative things I have already said.

BTW, what are the specs on the truck? Pictures?

 

I have a 2009 as well, did you ever find out which port to use? Is as described or the center one?
