I just saw a site that had a 4" spindle lift kit for F150's. What is this? And is this a good idea?

I know on rangers a 2wd truck can get a spindle lift easily for fairly cheap because all it does is replaces the knuckle and puts the wheel that much further away from the original location. On a 4wd though this would also require the front diff to be dropped to help the CV angles and such to make it all work and bind up.

 

i ran a spindle lift on my 2wd silverado and they work well. not much lift from them but easy to install. what site did you see this at?, and was if for an 09?
