Level or Lift? I need help!
Hey guys. I am a newbie here and just bought a 2009 F-150 FX4. I LOVE this truck so far, but I am torn as to what I want to do next...
Should I lift the truck and put 33 x 12.5" tires and new wheels on it or should i go all out and do a 6" lift?
To be honest, I want the bigger tires to make the truck bigger, but I will probably never use the truck for any serious off-road use. I mean, the occasional sand or mud, but no serious rock climbing, etc.
From what I understand, if I lift it, it's going to affect the ride quite a bit. If I do the BDS 2.5" leveling kit in the front and the 1" blocks in the rear, would the truck ride like it does now? (or at least close to it?)
Does anyone have pictures of a leveled truck with 33 x 12.5s?
Any advice you can give me would be GREATLY appreciated!

I did a 2.5" level. I think the 2" levels work better on the 09's than the 2.5" though. I used autosprings 2.5" leveling kit and ended up with closer to 3" of lift. I will either have to run a 3" rear block or 1.5" add a leaf... but not sure if i will actually level out with either. I am running 33x12.5 R20 (305-55-R20).
