Where are all the 09's?

I was talking to my bro in law yesterday and he see the truck i had first ordered that never turned up and he said that it's the first time he's seen a 09 f150 other than mine. The problem was when they first come out i was seeing them about a lot and in the last 3 months i have prob seen about 4 in total.

1 in SC
1 in neibours yard down the road from me
1 that was my original order
1 that a guy i know is using from a rental company

I am still getting asked questions about the truck by random people who love the truck but had no idea that there was a new model f150 out. The crazy thing is most of them are F150 owners! Do you guys see many around your area?

see a few here and there, but I don't travel that far.

But on a few work road trips this year, I've been seeing alot of new Dodge Rams on the highway, but not so many 09 F150's.

I've seen 2 or 3 total. I think it depends where you live. A lot of people around me have ones in my range mostly rly nice 04's - 08's, so they are prbly still making payments and not trading them in. I remember the same thing with the new 04's though. Just takes time to circulate in.

I live in Houston and see them 3 - 4 times a week. I think I really notice them now that I actually drive one.

I see a few here and there in MD. I hate to say it, but I also see a lot more of the new Ram's then the new F150.

There are a few here in College Station that I see weekly. When in Houston I see at least one a day, Down the street from my parent's house in Katy there is an '09. Maybe it's because Texas Loves trucks, but I see them all the time.

I live in a rural country area and I have only seen 3 around here. One that I meet every day on my way home from work, the road maintenance crew has one and there is one other that I see occasionally. I went to St Louis this weekend and saw probably 10 or 12.

Im so supprised that i dont see more of them about. I very rarely see new Rams but i do see a lot of new Tundra's lately. I think i even see a 2010 about a month ago in lowes parking lot. I cant believe people would rather drive about in a Ram or Tundra after they had test driven a F150. You can get the 09 f150's for such a great price that you would have to pay more money for a worse truck with Dodge and Toyota! I dont understand some people's logic.

Before my recent move I lived and worked in the metro Atlanta area, I would see maybe 3-5 a day. I now live in Fayetteville, NC and I'm seeing at least 6-10 a day. Heck my neighbor has one. Ford some reason they're all over the place here.
