I did this on my '05 and posted step-by-step pics in the gallery section. Look under either "HotLap" or "B-Pillar Swap" and you should find it. Hardest parts are removing the window and beltline trim w/o breaking clips or bending the moulding and the double side tape Ford uses is very strong. Good mod though and was well worth the effort!!
