I ordered them this morning and it took a little convincing to get them to believe that they existed. Same price as you were quoted. I know that they will make a big difference in the trucks looks. Also told that my truck should be here on Dec. 14th. Maybe Santa will be driving it. Great info from Boys on-line, more on the ball than Ford.

I got mine from Tasca parts. They were $4.83 each plus $6 for shipping for a total of $15.66. The black texture matches the rest of the mirror perfectly. (instead of trying to paint the orange ones).

Screwbuilder, can you please tell me (if you can), when my truck is to be built. Here's the VIN number: 1FTFW1CV4AKB44646

Pig9r I got my VIN number and my dealer and inventory manager say the truck should be here around the 21st, just in time for X-Mas, but I'm skeptical about what they are telling me and was hoping you could confirm or deny that info by looking up my build date. I know you're busy buddy but this would be the best X-Mas present ever! Here's my VIN: 1FTFW1CV4AKB44646

Thanks, I Owe you one+2

This is the link to your window sticker! It says your truck will be bult 09 12 10, tommorrow. Your rotation number is 3052. Mine is 2999, so I'll be 53 units ahead of you! Hope this helps. Enjoy the new truck.

I wonder why the FX2's show as XLT's with the FX2 package while the FX4's don't show as XLT's just FX4?

^because the FX4 is built as its own model I guess. There's really just five main models: XL, STX, XLT, FX4, and Lariat. The King Ranch, Platinum, and Harley are all just "packages" associated with the Lariat. Just like you mention the FX2 is a package with the XLT. This is how it is all spelled out in the Order Guide.

Even the window sticker for my truck says Lariat at the top. But under the options list, it shows the Platinum package.

Local dealer just got a white one, nothing special really its the same crummy wheels as the others posted. I want to see one with the wheels on the FX2 in the brochure. I'll get some pics tonight, its pretty cool because they have it next to a black raptor

Need Help!

Hey Guys, I need anyone and everyone's help. I'm scheduled to get my truck on the 21st of this month and would like to get a head start on the mods I'd like to add. I need to know how to raise my trucks height to make it look like the FX4's height. I don't want to raise it too much and I think the FX4's height is just about right. I've tried to do reasearch myself but get confused on leveling kits and lift kits.

Also, I want to purchase HID lights for my car and I know I need 2 sets of H13 light bulbs and one of the 9140 for the fog lamps but what I don't know is where is a good site to buy from and if I really need to purchase a relay. I know I typed alot but hopefully someone out there can help. THanks.
