Yes I have, but I think it would chip to much. Plus I like the grey color better.

Pirelli Tires-White Lettering

Hey guys, I'm trying to think of the best possible way to paint or shall I say, get the white letters on the wall of these tires become black. I don't like the white scorpion logo or the white lettering but don't know how to go about painting them. What would you all suggest I do to achieve what I want?

Take the tires off of the rims then flip them around and remount them. There is no white lettering on the back sides.

WOW I just priced out getting the gas and brake pedal trim to change on my truck. The brake wasn't bad at $45 but you have to change the entire gas pedal at a cost of $256. All prices in Canadian dollars, your prices may vary,BUT WAIT if you're among our first three million callers because you know we can't do this all day we'll include the grady etc etc etc
I'll wait for the aftermarket to come up with something or look in the junk yards.

No, that is why on one side there is OWL (outlined white letters) and the otherside doesn't have white.

Convoy Number?

Ok so I got a phone call from the Ford Consumer Relations department and they state that they found my truck and that it's currently on a "CONVOY" on its way to Brownsville, Texas. Does ANYONE know how long that "CONVOY" takes to deliver or how that "CONVOY" process works? It left Wednesday but Kansas City, Missouri is not that far from Brownsville, Texas.

Mercy sakes alive we got us a convoy. 10-4 Rubber Duck. Sorry I couldn't resist. Hang in there the truck will be worth it and maybe you can bitch to the dealer and get a few extras thrown in.

Well, i picked up my FX2 on Thursday, and I couldn't be happier. Had to drive her home on the highway in the snow and salt, so she's pretty dirty. The picks will have to wait until I can get her cleaned up. The 6 1/2 foot box is pretty long with the SCrew. Gonna have to get used to parking it!
