I just saw a white FX2 at the dealership and I must admit that the 2010 FX2's do look better in person.

So are you going for one of those instead of the Harley?

Neither but if I do I will probably go with the Harley even though I truly love the FX2 also but it all depends on these new engines Ford got coming out.

Seen a white one with the twenty's on e-bay that looked good. I also saw a black one down here in texas. I really think it needs the chin spoiler. But, I do like those twenty's.

Hello,

I have been drooling over the FX2 for a month now and slugging through the buggy build process on the web site.

For personal reasons, I want a 4x2 with the 4.6 3-valve and no tow package. A customized FX2 fits the bill.

On the build site, there is not an option to add the Ford voice activated navigation system with the Sirius Travel Link to the FX2. (To add it to the Lariat and FX4 is $2,430).

I asked a salesman at the closest dealership if I could get an FX2 with the factory nav system and he said that it is not possible!!!!

Is this true?

The FX2 seems to have the same cabin and dash as the FX4 so why would the nav system not even be a custom option?

Does anyone here have the nav system with Travel Link in their FX2?

If your talking about the SYNC with the turn by turn nav with no display screen, that is what I have in mine. Look at my pics and see if my dash is what you are looking for.

Hi, thanks for responding.

I am not talking about JUST the Sync. In addition to Sync I am interested in the voice-activated nav system with the 8-inch display screen. Right now, it is the only way to get the Sirius Travel Link information which displays live weather radar and traffic information on the screen.

I was going to include a picture from the brochure but I am not allowed to upload images.

It is a really neat setup. The nav system takes over some of Sync's features but in my opinion, the screen with weather and traffic is an amazing idea. The Sync basically gets reduced to just managing a phone and music player I think.

I think because the FX2 is based off of the XLT, some features like Nav and heated seats aren't available.
