Does Ford have a vehicle locator online or do you have to search by dealership????

My company is getting me an new 4x4 Screw. Boss asked for 3 color choices and I'm getting one not on my list.

He said it was the last 09 XLT in N Texas so I wanted to see if I could get a glimpse of what I might be getting.

Last 09 means one of two things to me... A) Stripped, B) Loaded and I will admit I'm not usually lucky!!

Thanks!!

If you can get the VIN, you can plug it in here:

http://services.forddirect.fordvehic...icker.pdf?vin=

Add your VIN at the tail end of the URL and you'll be able to see the window sticker. Stripped or equipped?

I used the Dealer Search and then searched inventory on about 75 or so dealers. I wanted Razor Red, but they found an XLT in Pueblo Gold in something called the "Texas Oklahoma Package." That's how they get all our trucks.

Not really the color I wanted, snap... And based I what I saw on the window sticker, few options...

Should be excited about a new company vehicle, but I'm not.

True, but not for personal use...

Being a car guy, err truck at heart color has always been important.

I just wish we had a little more say in what we drove! Or better yet the company let us work with the dealer and give us a few options before one is just "selected."

Free is absolutely great, but if it's a color you really don't like, certainly takes the thrill away.

Could be worse, coild be a bowtie!

I've always been of the mentality that if it is a great price I don't mind the color as long as it is not the ugliest one in the bunch.... free I would go for anything.
