Just took a short drive today. It had 4.2 miles on it when I picked it up and the message center said 6.2 average MPG. Guess that's normal for a new one. Drove 85 miles, all intersate and by the time I got back, it changed to 10.4 average MPG. I hope it keeps on climbing. But now I have 184 miles total. I know I'll get the same feeling when it hits 5000. I can see putting more miles on this one. It's so much more fun to drive than the 04 I had.

that isn't bad, I drive about 2500 to 3500 miles a month. I trade out every 3 or so years. No time to get attached.

Bought March 31st, just hit 5k the other day. Not too much longer before the 1st oil change and tire rotation. Surprised how many I put on her already. Then again, now that my bumper is bizarely damaged, I may just trade her for an '11 w/ecoboost.

2.5 miles away from 40k... even after 4 years of college I would only have 70k or so... at that point nearly 10 years old... not bad at all
