New TSB for loose seat covers
There is a new TSB out (TSB 09-20-2), dated Sep 24th concerning "some 09 F1-50's built before 5/31/09 that may have a seat cushion cover that appears loose near the front of the seat".
Lists W-715386-S424 as a part number. Part name is "Seat Clip".
I have this issue and I know others do - on both front seats.

Install a rentention clip on the seat cushion cover j-retainer.
The following procedure and parts are applicable to all 2009 F-150 front seat configurations, trim levels, right and/or left side.
1. Position the effected seat rearward.
2. Completley disengage the j-retainer from the seat cushion pan flange.
3. Secure the retention clip over the outside of the j-retainer, 19/32" (15mm) from the outboard edge of the j-retainer.
4. Secure the j-retainer to the seat cushion pan flange. To aid in assembly, begin at the inboard edge of the flange, working outward.
Lists 0.2 hour of labor.

I had this tsb performed this morning. It took him about 7 minutes. He installed 2 little metal clips on the j-retainer , one on the driver's seat and one on the passenger's seat. I hope it will last. Appears to be tight now.
ibcop, thanks for posting the tsb.

Had the same thing happen this morning on mine when my daughter's book bag caught the edge. Will have this done when it goes back for its first warranty visit when the plates come in.
So far:
(1) Loose gasket at bottom of driver's door
(2) Trans Gauge that fluctuates
(3) Moisture in rear tail light
(4) Faux wood on shifter is delaminating right at the seam on top of shifter
(5) Trans Bump
(6) Seat TSB thanks to this thread.
