I searched before I asked, but couldn't find anything. Out of curiosity, is there away to turn on the high rear bed light while driving? I notice it only turns on when I lock/unlock the vehicle and/or open the doors. Thanks.

 

Okay on my 2000 the rolling switch for the dash lights dimmer, if you turn it all the way up the interior lights and bed light both come on. Don't know if it'll help you but thats my advice.

 

X2, roll the switch all the way up, although that will also cause the interior lights to come on too.

 

Ah. Well I guess that makes sense. I don' think I noticed it before since I was distracted by the interior lights turning on. Thanks a lot!

 

I ran a separate line from the fuse box using one of the unused positions [the fuse is already there ] to a switch mounted above the rear window [reg cab] .That also powers extra lights in the bed. That way I have the bed light on whenI want it to.
