What you you have now? Anyone can list the improvements over prior models. no one thinks the -08 models are better than the 09+. It's just a matter of how much the improvements are worth spending your money to get them.

I have an 03 and am considering replacing it. I think the next phase of engines is worth waiting for (3.5L Ecoboost, 5.0L, and 6.2l.)

I love my 09...that being said...this is the first full sized truck I've owned. Prior to this it was SUV's and cars.

I have owned various makes and models over the years and would have to say my 09 F150 Screw is my favorite to date.IMO the quality and innovation surpasses the other domestics.I've never been excited to drive my vehicle like I do with my F150.

i love my truck. i have an 03 fx4 lariat stepside. However, i am trying to sell it. I recently had a son, and i have a 6inch fabtech lift and 3inch body lift sitting on some 37inch toyos. It's rough putting a little one in a monster truck. What makes it even harder is that it's a supercab. I think if i had the full 4 doors i would be alright. Asides from that i love my truck. Any body interested in buying it, check out the pic i posted on here or shoot me an email of any questions stonehedzombie@yahoo.com

Well, Leading up to my 09 SCREW Fx4, I had 76F100, 94 Bronco EB, 95 F150 ExCab 4X4 xlt, 97 F150 Lariat ExCab, 99 F150 Lariat ExCab, 06 SCREW 4X4 XLT and various other non-full size truck vehicles. This 09 is evolved well beyond all those (obviously). It is a 5.4 w/ adequate power and 6 speed automatic trans. Rides car-smooth. Plenty of interior room. Fit and finish is quite good - far better than the older models. I really like the sync. The only thing I really don't care for is the lack of ability to select 4th, 5th, and 6th gears with the shifter. Only options are 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and drive. Works well as a hauler, family car, and commuter (although it is a truck and will drink some fuel!) The leather trimmed seats are comfortable and supportive. Adjustable pedals make it easy to adjust everything so it is a good-fitting driving experience.

I have owned a 95 F150,03 Screw and now an 2010 F150 5.4 2wd xlt and it is by far the nicest truck Ford has built yet.Traded my 07 Frontier 6 cyl for the 2010 which gets better gas mileage than the nissan did,I dont think you would be dissappointed.

I have had 94 & 99 SCabs and an 01 Screw - all 2WD. Just got a 2010 SCrew 4X4 XLT. At work I use a 4X4 Expedition and sometimes 4X4 F150's, 250's, 350's and 550's.

Likes: quieter, smoother, great fit and finish (although my bed is crooked - going in soon to fix that), Sync (aux plug gets great sound out of my aftermarket satellite radio receiver and makes for easy wiring), HUGE back seat space, better seats, storage under middle jump seat and in arm rest, more storage in doors.

My biggest dislike/adjustment is that the increased width and new door design make it very uncomfortable to drive with your left hand on the wheel while your elbow is resting on the door. That is how I drive the most and it does not work any more! Not a big deal, but an adjustment.

My other dislike is that Ford does not understand how much people appreciate a decent stereo. Every stock stereo I have ever seen/heard in a Ford needs help. Thank goodness I removed my amp and speakers from the 01 before trading - but now I have to spend a day wiring the amp and replacing speakers...

No questions though, this is a very, very nice truck.

Ive got a 2010 XLT Supercab 4x4 with the chrome package, sync, and all the other goodies. It is without a doubt the best truck ive ever owned. Ive had an 86' 95' and an 02' they sure have come a long way. The only thing that I personaly think would make this truck better is if it had a telescopic steering wheel. There is so much room in the cab its CRAZY!!! I love this truck and look foward to driving it everyday.
