dealer discounts/incentives on 2010

The FMC inventory search is not really useful if you know exactly what you are looking for, and it isn't extremely common. Sure you can look at the five closest dealers, but past that you have to constantly restart the search. At that point you know the zip code of other areas, and still only 5 at a time. Not only that, but every time you switch dealers it resets the focus, so you have to reselect options.
There are around a hundred dealers in the surrounding area, but no way to look at all of them in a controlled manner that I can find
Thanks for the help though, I kept going there and trying to get back in to the search but couldn't remember. My thought process was to to build your own and then the "let us help you find it" icon and they ask for information, rather than just searching. Kind of annoying web design.

How long after you financed through fmc did you go refinance with your local bank? Were you able to finance the exact amount that you financed through fmc, or was there some interest and fees tached onto your balance from fmc?

You have to make three payments, then you can refi anywhere. I did it with my '04 and I'm doing the same with '10

How are you getting 5k in rebates? I only see 4k.
As for refi, there will be a minimum number of contracted payments if allowable in your state. Some states don't allow for that, and you can refinance immediately if you want. If ford states you must make 3 payments, your choices are
A: make the payments then refi
B: refi, hoping ford doesnt ask for the 1k back
C: check with a lawyer to figure out the story
Unfortunately since the payment items are subject to local requirements you need to discuss it with the dealer finance manager.

Well, I guess this can be my introduction to the forums. I was on the fence between a Tundra and a F150, long story short the $5,000 off z-plan made the difference, it was like $8k off MSRP with some package discounts. So late Monday evening I drove home a new F150 SuperCrew 4.6 4x2. I had to leave the next day for a work trip so it's sitting in the airport garage now with like 30 miles on it. More to post later, need to figure out what mods to start first????

My black 5.4L FX2 SuperCrew with 20"s, backup camera, tailgate rail, step assist, SYNC, SONY System, tow package, 3.5 limited slip, leather, driver's package, etc... I got it at $141.00 below invoice and they threw in tint! I gave a 4K downpayment and with the 5K FORD gave me, my out the door price with TT&L was a whoping $28,656.00. I had to finance through their "STANDARD" A.P.R Rate and with a tier 0 credit score, I qualified for the lowest STANDARD rate of 5.99%, but as you all have been telling me, I'm going to refinance immediately as soon as the truck arrives from the plant (26th)! CapitalOne has the best deal to refinance @ 4.34% for 60 months! So you all tell me guys, was my purchase a good deal?
