2009 F150 Vibration and Road Noise

I just had all 4 of my tires road force balanced and it took some of the bounce away but i still get it right at 45mph but not as bad as it was before.
I think it has something to do with the leaf springs, I had my 4 wheeler loaded up this weekend and drove about 30 miles and didnt have any shake or bounce at all. So I at my leaf pack with the 4 wheeler in the bed and noticed that the bottom leaf that has the rubber pads on them was compressed and touching the leaf above it.. I wonder it that shorter leaf is the problem..

i would love a solution to this as well. My truck vibrates its worst at 45mph and still shakes at 60 or 75 or anything really. Enough to see the passanger side seat shake. i hate it and cannot get it fixed. i have the 20 inch fx4 rims with the pirellis. i think ill just go ahead and get the 35s with a 6 inch lift and hope that fixes it.

I lowered the 2 rears to 36PSI and the 2 fronts to 39PSI and the bounce is about 95% gone.. I'll have to mess around a little more with the pressure but it mad a HUGE difference! Thanks!
BTW- No clue why the tire place put the driver's front to 60PSI.. It was ROCK hard before I let some of the air out!

You are absolutely correct! I checked my air pressure and 2 rears were @ 40PSI , Driver's front was at 60PSI and passenger's front was 45PSI.
I lowered the 2 rears to 36PSI and the 2 fronts to 39PSI and the bounce is about 95% gone.. I'll have to mess around a little more with the pressure but it mad a HUGE difference! Thanks!

I picked up the truck. They installed the 3rd u-joint which didn't make a difference. Then they repositioned the driveshaft 180 degrees and rotated and balanced the tires. The vibration is less but it's still there.
As written on my RO- Final road test had minor vibrations but unable to pinpoint exact source. If condition becomes more pronounced customer should return for re-evaluation under the terms of the warranty.
