Engine block heater

Anyone install a dry type engine block heater on F150 or add one from Ford?

Thanks.

One that sticks on the oil pan or block that doesn't require you to drain the coolant or drop the oil pan.

I think the diesel engines have a block heater, and if it has never been used the cord and plug will be found rolled up between radiator and grill.
