2010 XLT or Lariat Grille on my 09' XLT

I am wanting to replace my grille on my 09' with the 10' Lariat or XLT chrome package grille. I am wanting some opinion on which one I should get.

I'd go with the first one for sure. That's the one I want for my '10 Lariat. Where can you get it and how much? Dealer cost is probably way too high.
