Need X Plan Pin

I'm ready to buy a new Screw XLT 4X4 right now. I just found out about x plan pins and would like to go that route. I checked blue oval news, but no one there seems to be handing them out at the moment. Can anyone here help me? The rules say to have the pin before talking to a dealer, and I'm ready to get this done now. email is dkwate@yahoo.com Thanks

You have to request your pin through the Ford Partner Program. Your employer will need to provide you with a "member ID" number that you will need to obtain your pin.

I was under the impression that each year Ford employees get a few x plan pins to hand out to friends and neighbors. I'm looking for a new friend ... one who happens to work at Ford

You can also purchase i beleive at least 100 shares of FORD stock. I bought a new 150. then when their stock was about 1.38.share. i bought a bunch. then i found out about x-plan. My wife just bought a new edge using it. I had to be on the PPW for her to use the pin. But it was worth it. ( my wife likes to have her things she is responsable for. which is good. ) she was a little upset some stuff came in my name. but save a bunch.

Also there are people who can give pins out for use by others. but a sponsor at Ford will still need to get you that number. You can contact them at . MyPlan@Ford.Com they can answer any questions you may have.

have a great week.

I am planning on upgrading from my 98f150 next month to a FX4. I was told that next month, March, would be Ford truck month early this year. My plan is to buy ford stock and request a pin. I was told you can request two pins a year from shareholder services even if you only have one stock. I dont know if this is really true. I was thinking I might call shareholder services and find out. Otherwise, I will be in the same boat you are Morgan1965. Perhaps getting a pin from someone who works from ford is a better idea. On that note...I would be interested in a pin too Blang....email is the_otherguy@hotmail.com if you have one to give.

When you get ready to purchase let me know, if I don't have any left I can still get another co worker to issue one. There are around 60 people in my area at work, each get 4-6 a year to issue.

Thanks Blang. I will do that. This has to be the best F150 site there is. I used to be pretty active on here several years ago and just returned to find it is even better.

Not that I am aware of. From what I've been told, the X-Plan is for purchases.
