I would go with the 285/65/20 BFG A/T. There is another member on here that has the 2.5as and those tires and doesn't rub on anything. He also has a 1.5" add-a-leaf because the 2.5 as will make the front sit higher. I can't remember his name but maybe he will chime in. I will be installing my 2.5as and 1.5 AAL tomorrow evening and then too will be putting on these tires in the near future.

im going to go with that same combo, I just do not want it to look like a big truck with small tires
will this change my spedo. ?

you could also go with a shorter shackle, or a bigger block, that way ride isnt affected by the aal, not this it will be that much stiffer, i belive with a 2.5 the biggest tire you could run is a 35x12.5, depending upon the backspacing of the rim.
if the tires are larger your speedo will indeed rear lower, you could get it recalibrated by ford..buy a SCT xcal to change the size, while your at it get it on the dyno and re-calibrate the truck for a few more happy ponies
