Rear seatback release pic
I know there have been questions on how to fold down the rear seatback. I don't remember if anyone had posted pics so here is how its done. With the seat part folded up reach behind the headrest and you will be able to feel the latch that holds the seatback in. At the top of the latch on the passenger side of the latch is a release. Use your thumb or finger and pull up, it doesn't take much pressure, you will feel it release. Once released pull the release handle on the seat bottom and both will fold down.
Here is a pic of the latch.

Ok I just spent the last 10 mins trying to do this, and I've come up with the following three conclusions: 1. Our trucks differ considerably in how much pressure is required to lift up the latch or 2. You have some serious finger muscles and/or 3. I seriously lack finger muscles. In other words, I can't get the thing to budge at all.

Ok so I tried again, this time armed with a wrench. Using the circle part of the wrench I was able to lift the latch up. There's a lot more room back there then I ever thought there would be. I'm pretty stoked because when I got my truck I was excited about the fact that I could easily sleep in the back seat or lift up the back seat and sleep (or other activities) on the floor, but I didn't really know of a good place to store a pillow and blanket. This is definitely my solution, although now I have to go down to the store to buy a pillow. Here's some pictures in case anyone wants to see. And thanks tbraquet for letting us all know. Finding a "secret" storage area in my truck made my day

Edit: nevermind it looks like you got it. Guess I should have hit refresh before posting.

Cegan1825: I would suspect that the first time you might have been trying to lift up on the pin on which the latch attaches to. I did the same thing, in my case when I lift on the actual latch it is very easy and only takes a light touch to release. Also I have found it much easier to get to the latch with the seat raised about 75% up instead of all the way up.
