Nice!
Enjoy the ride.

As for the backup camera, it's one of the best items on these trucks.

Do you have the tailgate man step too?

Yep...it came with the step. I don't know that I'll ever use but who knows.

The truck had a number of options that I didn't go shopping for but it was easier to just take it "as is" rather than order one or keep looking.

Stuff like the moonroof, heated and air conditioned seats, rear view camera, split rear window, the tailgate step...these are all options that I didn't have on the first truck that I picked out. That one sold, I had been looking for trucks for months (actually bought another one and put it back to the dealer due to problems), and the wife liked this one so I pulled the trigger.

The options are beginning to grow on me though. I came out from work today and it was 72 degrees. I opened the moon roof and the rear window and cruised home in comfort. Last night I took it out to put a few miles on it...it was 42 degrees outside so I kicked on the heated seats until the cab warmed up...pretty easy stuff to get used to really.

This made me spill my coffee! Beautiful truck! It's great to see more Tennessee truck owners on here!

Thumbs up

Congratulations on the new truck.
'BUT' there is no way this truck gets 16 mpg with a 5.4,I've had my 09 lariot 7 months and it seems like I am pulling in gas stations alot, other than that the truck is tight and has style.
Good Luck

Not sure how the fuel efficiency will shake out on mine...it's still in the break in period. It's already way better than the 2001 model I sold.

I picked up the new truck last Friday...8 days ago...I've put about 350 miles on it and I've still got a quarter of a tank left. The low fuel light would have lit up on the old truck at about 285 miles.

I imagine I'll get 400 miles out of this tank. same size as the old one...26 gallons. So far so good.

I don't see why 16mpg would be hard to get. I haven't had my 5.4 that long, but it doesn't seem to be much worse than the 4.6 I had. I'm getting about the same results as you so far, CD1.
