Can rear lift blocks affect alignment?

Can adding a larger rear lift block affect the alignment? Just wanting to see if the truck can be aligned after the AS 2.5" front and add rear blocks later or if the front and rear should be done before the alignment.

it will make the caster angle less positive. For the BEST alighnment you should have the suspension exactly the way you want it before the alighnment.
