Since I don't have the step I was totally confused for a couple minutes here but now I get it. I don't like the handle either but thats not why I didn't get the step, I was worried about collecting water and crap in the gate.

 

Anyone want to trade there tailgate step for some cash. I have a 2011 f150 xlt.
I am 73 and its hard to get in the truck bed
