I know personally the only noise my truck is making is coming from the rear leaf springs will oil them this weekend.

I have...
popping/creaking in the front when turning: balljoints or steering rod ends
engine ticking: bad cam phasers
power sliding rear window rattles due to exhaust
groaning brakes when I back up: think rear brakes are sticking a little

Still love it though. Most of the sounds will be fixed in the near future.

Edit: mine is an 04! Sorry, posting from my phone and didn't see what forum it was.

There is a TSB out for squeaky rear leaf springs. Mine were squeaking for the first few thousand miles but now at 8500 I haven't heard them in the last 4-5,000 miles.

This is from Deano FX4
"the retaining straps that are bent over the springs are to close so we just bend them back a bit so they stop touching the springs, i did it to my truck and haven't heard a noise since."

Every once-in-a-while I get an annoying noise from the passenger seat. Sometimes its a rattle, like the seat is bouncing around. Other times it's more like an ohmygaweregonnadiegoingtoofasaaaaahhhhhgggg.

Must be either a girlfriend or wife making noise like that.

Just the same creakys I've had since I bought my Platinum last March '09, seem to originate from both driver door/lock/window/a-pillar area and the passenger seat area. Can't seem to resolve either of them, and I've been under and over that shaky passenger seat many a time. Those EcoBoost F-150's can't come soon enough.

I surprisingly have none (that I notice at least) except a groaning from the springs on my monroe load adjusting shocks when it is really nippy outside.

The passenger seat creaks a little when someone is in it. I ftracked it to the "leather" rubbing against the plastic piece with the seat adjustment controls. Not sure how I'll fix it though.

I had a similar issue mine was the seat belt tapping every so slightly against the plastic. Just enough to make me want to kill a man.

My steering wheel makes this little squeak when I turn sharp... that pisses me off every time I hear it.

My driver side window sqeaks when it goes down. Sounds like it might be the seal pressing on it too hard.

Mine has a noise in the adjuster on the driver side front seat belt. Strangely enough, I've had the same noise on all of my F-150s.

Skipping to the bottom of this one just to post this... so far my truck doesn't have any noises that are noticeable. Of course, if I was to read some of the above, I could probably find some noises. I am truly happy in my ignorance of not knowing what to listen for.
