I've got a '10 Platinum and picked up a circle crack on the windshield this weekend. Since the Platinums have the SoundScreen over the windshield, can they be repaired just like any windshield or is there a different process? Or is the SoundScreen designed so that chip won't run?

It also has a rain sensor. Are you talking about "repaired" or "replaced". I've had two stone chips repaired on my 2010 Platinum.

 

It's a stone chip so it should just be a repair. I just didn't know a standard repair like you'd get on a regular windshield would work on this or not.
