If you must go with larger tires, go with the 33's: they will look just as good, cheaper, lighter, will fit properly, and won't hurt the mileage as much.
Leveling kit: stay away from the spacers, and go with the Bilstein leveling shocks.

I prefer OEM wheels to avoid problems with vibrations, balancing, and whatnot.

If you are doing a level do your research, the leveling kits the guys were using for their 04-08 F150's dont' look the same on these new F150s...we have smaller rear blocks. I have a 1.5" AS kit (72$ on ebay), and I'm pretty near dead level. As far as black rims...I've got a thing for the new XD Addicts, there are a few boys with them on in this forum and they look great.
