Anybody have a 6" Lift and already want to go Bigger?

Hi guys, just wondering if anyone has a 6" lift installed and are thinking about or have gone bigger and what they did to get the extra height. I am either thinking about putting on a 3" Body Lift or buying some nice coilovers and rear shocks to get another 2". I currently have the 6" skyjacker kit that has stock front shocks and cheap rear shocks with a block. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks

I had the 6" BDS lift on my truck 2 weeks after I got it. Week after that I put 2" BDS spacer on the front and a 3" AAL in the rear. About 2 months after that I replaced the 2" spacer with the Pro-Comp adjustable coilovers, and well about two months after that I took it all off and sold it to another board member.

Currently I have the 8" Rize suspension kit, adjustable fox coils, rear 6" OUO traction bar blocks working with 4" skyjacker replacement spring pack and fox piggyback shocks. Total lift is 11" in the front, and just a tad over 10" in the back. New f/r drive shafts, gears, blah blah blah....

BlackPlatBDS....or should I say BlackPlatRIZE! Do you ave any pics? Also did you find the ride quality much better with the fox coilovers/shocks? I would like to be around the 9" mark so looking for a coilover to go up 3" and something in the back to match. I get a vibration on the hwy with my 6" lift, did you replace the driveshaft because of this?

J Diddy,
There are a lot of pics on the site currently just do a search! Also you won't get 3" out of the coil's without ruining the ride and or any if not all your down travel, meaning that everytime you hit a bump your front will just drop, not the suspension itself. Also, I haven't heard of anyone having any vibration with just a 6" lift so you might want to make sure the alignment is well within spec, that a weight didnt come off a wheel after being mounted, bent wheel, or the like. I replaced my drive shafts after doing the lift simply because I wanted it done right, there was some vibration coming from the tcase/yoke due to it being pulled out so far after the lift. Some people can live with it, others cant =)
