2010 SCREW Rear passenger seat removal - Need help

I've done internet searches, forum searchs but have not found where you can do this for a 2010. The 2010 has a spring loaded clip at the top of the passenger side rear upper. If you fold the seat up, you can see it in the back.

How do you disengage this so I can lean the seat forward to install an amplifier? If this has been detailed, Please post a link

Finally found this worked well. The release is on the outer side of the clasp which could no be seen from the inside of the truck. Press in on the seat to take pressure off the clasp

Sorry for the wasted post.

the passenger side is a little bit harder to do because of the amount of room between the clip & the pillar wall, if you have a big hand its kinda hard to get it in behind the back rest. i think that is the post i looked at b4 i tryed it on mine. if you are looking at the seat( backwards in the truck, with your back to the windsheild) its on the left side of the bracket behind the seat. try the drivers side first its bigger & easier & you can see behind the passenger side better.

That's the problem. The **** is on the left side of the bracket where you can't see it. Dumb to put the thing there and not add a cable or release for it to be done. Guess it's not intended to be functional but after this weekend and the amplifier installation, it will be

I found its easier to use a box end wrench to pull it up. I lot easier then wedging your hand back there.
