Exclamation Info on 2009 Muffler Solutions

I have a stock 2009 Ford F150 with the 4.6 liter v8 Triton engine. I simply want to make it louder, without having to buy a whole new exhaust system. My friends have suggested that I simply put a new muffler in it. Something like a Magnaflow or Flowmaster. Would this be worth the money? I don't need it super loud, but loud enough to here me comin' ya know. Can anyone suggest something that is not too expensive and will be worth it?

If youre comfortable with cutting/welding/clamping im sure you can fit a flowmaster in there no problem.
